Text Message Sign-Up Optional

Charlie is a personal AI assistant operated by an individual (the "Operator", Philip Barrowcliffe, contact admin@ptero-tech.com) for that individual's own use and a small number of individually authorized contacts.

Text messaging is entirely optional. You do not have to agree to receive text messages in order to use Charlie. Charlie also works over Discord, and you can use the assistant there without ever opting in to SMS. Consenting to receive text messages is not a condition of using the service, creating access, or completing any purchase. This page simply lets you additionally turn on the optional SMS channel if you want it.

What you'll receive if you opt in

Conversational SMS replies from Charlie — for example research summaries, status updates, and answers — sent only in direct response to a message you send. Messages come from +1 (808) 809-7736. This is not a marketing or promotional program; there is no recurring broadcast messaging.

Leaving the box above unchecked is completely fine — you can still submit this form and use Charlie over Discord. Only check it if you actively want to receive text messages. The checkbox is unchecked by default and will never be pre-selected.

Your mobile number and consent, if you provide them, are used solely to operate the assistant and are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes (see the Privacy Policy).

Opt out & help

Reply STOP to any message at any time to opt out and stop all messages. Reply HELP for assistance (or email admin@ptero-tech.com). These keywords are honored automatically.
