These terms govern SMS text messaging with Charlie ("the Service"), a personal AI assistant operated by an individual (the "Operator", Philip Barrowcliffe, contact admin@ptero-tech.com). The Service is intended for the Operator's own authorized use.
Program description
The Service receives text messages you send to +1 (808) 809-7736 and replies by SMS with the results of the requested task (for example, research summaries or status updates). Enrollment is via the optional sign-up & consent form.
Message frequency
Messages are conversational: you receive replies only in response to messages you send; message frequency varies with your use. There is no recurring or automated marketing messaging.
Cost
There is no charge for the Service itself. Message and data rates may apply per your mobile carrier and plan.
Opt-out and help
Reply STOP at any time to cancel and stop receiving messages.
Reply HELP for help, or email admin@ptero-tech.com.
After you send STOP, no further messages will be sent unless you
re-subscribe by texting START.
Carriers
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
No warranty
The Service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. The Operator is not liable for any damages arising from use of, or inability to use, the Service.
Changes
These terms may be updated from time to time; the current version is the one posted at this URL.
