Charlie is a personal AI assistant operated by an individual (the "Operator", Philip Barrowcliffe, contact admin@ptero-tech.com) for that individual's own use. This policy explains how information is handled when you exchange text messages with the service.
Information we collect
We process only what is necessary to operate the assistant: your name (if you provide it), your mobile phone number, your consent choice, the content of messages you send, and the responses generated for you. We do not collect data from anyone other than authorized users.
How we use it
Your phone number and messages are used solely to receive your requests, perform the requested task, and send you the results by SMS. Your consent record is retained as proof of opt-in. We do not use this information for advertising or profiling.
Sharing of mobile information
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent are never sold or shared with any third party. Information is shared with subcontractors only as strictly necessary to operate the service (for example, the SMS carrier that delivers messages, or hosting providers).
Message frequency & rates
Messages are sent only in direct response to messages you initiate; message frequency varies with your use. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

Data retention
